Terms and Conditions

• Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 11 AM
• Payment: pay at hotel
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel except in designated guest rooms, in line with the Government of India's no-smoking law
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the hotel premises
• Any change in government tax rates is passed on to the guest, and any balance is payable at check-out
• Quoted rates are valid for 7 days unless the booking is confirmed

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations that are not guaranteed may be released
• Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 10 days before the arrival date
• Cancellations within 10 days of the arrival date are charged 50% of the total booking amount
• No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount
• Unused services are not refunded or adjusted in any way
